General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.basilio.shop by consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown. These will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within 2-7 working days .

Should not all ordered products be available, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop (depending on the selection at checkout):

  • Other payment methods offered via Shopify

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal .

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

We are only liable for other damages in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Contract language

The contract language is German .

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
